Commit to pray for Cherish Kids
James 5:16 tells us that “The prayer of a righteous person has great power as it is working.” We need your prayers not only for this initiative but for all involved. Would you be willing to commit time in prayer for an abused child, a struggling foster family, an adoptive family waiting for their child to arrive from a foreign country? Your help in this area could bring real change.

Volunteer to host/greet a Cherish Kids event
Do you enjoy welcoming others and helping them find their way? We need volunteers like you to help host and greet at Cherish Kids related events. We host foster/adoptive classes that are open to our surrounding communities. Sometimes because they are not familiar with our campus, they can feel overwhelmed attempting to find their way. You could make a difference! Your smile and timely directions could help newcomers feel comfortable.

Donate clothing to our Cherish Kids Shoppe
Like to shop or have new or nearly new clothing on hand that you would like to bless a child with? We need those and other items for our Cherish Kids Shoppe. We provide clothing and shoes for infants to elementary. Not into shopping but want to give? We have an ongoing need of gift cards for our older youth to provide them with their necessities.

Become a Respite Provider
Can’t make the commitment to become a foster parent full-time or adopt? Respite is a much needed service. Could you host a child/ren for a short time period—often a weekend, sometimes up to a week—so that their caregiver can have a break which helps prevent burnout? Your help in this area would provide a tremendous service to area families. The need is great for this service.
